Meet Alyssa Brown – Owner & Head Transaction Coordinator of ASAP TC, LLC
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and experienced Transaction Coordinator, I began my career at Coldwell Banker Island Properties in Maui, Hawaii, where I gained hands-on experience managing hundreds of real estate transactions. My expertise spans traditional residential and commercial sales, land deals, seller financing, and creative transactions—including assignments designed to help clients avoid short sales and foreclosures.
Driven by my passion for efficiency and organization, I founded ASAP TC LLC in 2021 to provide top-tier transaction coordination services to real estate professionals nationwide. Since then, I have successfully facilitated transactions across multiple states, leading a team of personally trained TCs who expertly manage multiple deals at once.
My mission is to empower agents and brokers with the support they need to streamline their transactions, scale their business, and close deals with confidence.
